Shipping Policy

• We ship all orders via Australia Post or a courier service, depending on the shipping destination and the size and weight of the package.
• We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, and express shipping, which typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery.
• We offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand directly through website, however for shipping to any other international destination, please get in touch with our team, and we can arrange to deliver anywhere in the world through AusPost standard international shipping rates.

Shipping Rates:

• We charge a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $12 for standard shipping and AUD $15 for express shipping within Australia for Small/ Medium size parcel. Depending on the volume and weight of your order, or also your location – shipping charges may vary. Our team may contact you for additional charges (if applicable).

Delivery Times:

• We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
• We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

International Shipping:

• Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by their country’s government.

Returns and Exchanges:

• Since we are dealing with exclusive party wear products in Clothing and Jewellery, we have a strict NO RETURNS policy (unless its a faulty item). In case of faulty item, we would require a Photo and Video of the parcel being opened to show the fault, specially in case of jewellery.
